By using TapIn, you agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward and human-readable.
TapIn is a keyless access platform that:
When using TapIn, you agree to:
Your access is granted by your property manager. They control when your access starts, ends, and which areas you can enter. TapIn provides the technology, but access decisions are made by your property.
We work hard to keep TapIn running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Offline backup access helps ensure you can still get in during outages. We're not liable for access issues caused by internet outages, device problems, or property equipment failures.
Your use of TapIn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Access logs may be shared with your property manager for security purposes.
You can delete your account at any time. Your property manager can also revoke your access when your tenancy ends or if access policies are violated. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
TapIn provides access technology, but we're not responsible for property security, theft, or unauthorized access. Your property manager is responsible for overall security. We're not liable for damages resulting from service outages, device issues, or misuse of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of TapIn after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TapIn operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
