  • Your name and email address when you create an account
  • Access logs (when you tap to unlock, which door, and the timestamp)
  • Device information for wallet pass delivery
  • Property and unit information provided by your property manager

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide secure access to your property
  • Generate and deliver wallet passes
  • Maintain access logs for security purposes
  • Send important notifications about your access
  • Improve our service and fix issues

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data. Ever.
  • We don't share your information with third parties for marketing
  • We don't track your location beyond access events
  • We don't use your data for advertising

Data security

All wallet passes are encrypted. Access logs are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your access logs
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

Data retention

Access logs are retained for 90 days by default. Property managers may configure longer retention periods for security purposes. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
